I Use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation, and...?

I Use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation, for about 3 years now and it works great and I use it everyday @ school, but the only problem I have with it is ( this has been happening for years now ) that i always touch my face whenever I am in class and my foundation always ends up on the paper, and it looks like a mess!!! what can i do to fix this problem???I Use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation, and...?
Wear primer.. it helps ur makeup stay on longer and use blotting paper to blot ur face to help with oils so that ur face dont end up on paper as muchI Use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation, and...?
i use the same foundation, but that never happens to me... your skin most be oily, if you live in canada, go to shoppers drug mart's beauty boutique and ask them what you should use for oily skin, they're great

answer mine? : http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090818101813AAKHfKW
probably apply a moisturizer first as it works as a base to keep makeup on a little longer. also, try using half the amount of foundation you use now, that might help a little. :)

Oh my god I have this problem too!! I just try not to touch my face...I don't think there is much else you can do:SI Use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation, and...?
you must be putting on way too much then. put on less of it. you need to put on a thin layer, it wouldn't rub off onto your finger if you put on the right amount. or try setting it with a powder like the maybelline dream matte powder.
Stop sleeping in class missy lol or just change to Revlon Colourstay Mineral Foundation - it works great with me, you wont have the problem you're having now and its mineral foundation so it's good for you =)
i think you need to rub it in more if it comes off when you touch your face.

I use to do this too. You can either change the foundation to one that doesn't rub off easily, and I recommend Revlon Colorstay. It's a good foundation and inexpensive. Also, keep your foundation very light. If it can rub off easily, you might be wearing it too heavily. Don't wear it heavily unless you really need to cover something up. Or, say to yourself, ';don't touch your face, don't touch your face.'; When you feel you're about to touch your face, stop yourself. But there are many better brands than Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse such as dermablend which covers well and doesn't come off. Hope this helped! Good luck.%26lt;3I Use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation, and...?
you should mabey use a primer under your foundation idk if that would help but it makes my foundation on but i use mac studio fix and thats like $26 so i don't think it would come off anyway. but just try and use a primer i suggest urban decay primer potion. you can find that at urbandecay.com or at your local sephora. or you could try another foundation that might work too.
I use Maybellinedream matte mousse too (:

I guess try not to touch your face.....?

Or you could try mineral foundation, I sometimes use sheer cover and covergirl trublend minerals and they dont get messed up (:

Use a face primer on your face before applying the mousse foundation. Then put the mousse foundation on, and lastly, top it off with a loose powder foundation.I Use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation, and...?

I have BAD acne will dram matte mousse foundation make me break out or get worse?

Yes it will make your acne worse. I don't have bad acne I break out once in a while and this made me break out more. I use Mac cream fundation the Studio tech and it works great and doesn't make me break out.

I know Proactive makes foundation I have seen it at the mall and on the web. I think it is www.qvc.com That might be the best for you. Neutrogena also makes foundation with acne medication in it that is oil free maybe you should also look at their web site to find the name of the foundation so you can get it.I have BAD acne will dram matte mousse foundation make me break out or get worse?
Start by getting rid of the acne so you don't need the foundation to cover it. Anything you put over acne will make your acne worse. Try the Arbonne Clear Advantage system to get rid of the acne. It is hypo allergenic, ph correct, dermatologit tested and approved, botanically based, Vegan certified, contains no fillers, heals your skin from the inside, rather than just healing the surface. It will really make a difference on your skin. You can view the products at mishelmaree.myarbonne.com. Good luck.I have BAD acne will dram matte mousse foundation make me break out or get worse?
Yes it will. Get Dermalogica's treatment foundation from Dermalogica, I swear it's the best foundation EVER!
Have you tried the holistic natural approach? It's not easy or quick and it does take some commitment but it is far more effective long term solution that any worthless cream or antibiotics.

Here's an honest and comprehensive program what helped me the most after ALL that I have tried has failed:

    http://www.acnenomore.com/index1.html
I love the mouse foundation. the only thing is its very dry so if ur putting on acne medication (which makes ur skin flake a bit) it mite look cakey and nasty. Ive used it for a while and i think its helped with the pimples cuz its not greasy and it allows my skin to breathe.
I had this problem too. it depends whats in it. to cure acne go to your dermatologist and get differin or if its really bad get a pill, i try to get oil free make up, clarins is amazing on my face and clears up my acne you should try there products..its expensive but so worth it when used right and if you get some acne medicine they have different things for different skin types and tones. very cool. You could also try asking your dermetoligist what they would recommend or you culd ask clarins people if it doesnt work if you can take it back. Try around a little bit, aveda is also a very nice all natural organic skin line and its not as expensive, i dont recommend there foundation because it makes my face feel oily, if you want foundation use clarins, if you want blush or bronzer use aveda. you could also just ask around and ask people that work in skin departments what they would recommend for you. I hope this helps. :)
i dont know if it will break it out but i have this stuff called clean and clear acne spot control and it works really good i hope it helps you out
The Dream Matte Mousse Foundation tends to be very oily which is bad for skin with acne. It won't dry out your skin but it will contribute to oily skin and in the long run make it look worse.

Foundation is essential to wear daily because it blocks free radicals and polutants, So, look for something that is good for your skin type. I suffered with acne for years and found Mary Kay's Medium Coverage to be great with my skin. I also suggest going to a store such as Ulta where you can test several brands to see which is best for your skin.

Lastly, Help your Acne by washing your face Day and Night with a good cleanser. Something lightweight and Oil-free is very important. Be careful not to dry out your skin. Good Luck!
STEP AWAY from the Dream Matte Mousse girl, NOW.

It is the worst foundation in the history of man, if you don't believe me just look at the reviews for it on makeupalley.com. It will make you break out, and it just makes blemishes look more noticable.

You need an oil-free foundation and a really good quality one, such as Chanel or Lancome. My personal favourites.
I have a friend who has bad acne and she says the only makeup that works for her is bare escentuals. It is actually a powder that isn't too dry. You can find it at www.sephora.com/

    Good luck.
As long as you have checked the ingredients of the product, to make sure it is okay to use on acne. make sure it is oil free, noncomunigenic etc. Make sure you thoroughly check it out.Stay on your same regimen, with your skin. If this product is made to be used with acne, and you are starting with a clean face, it will not get worse, with any product, always make sure it is okay to use with your type of skin, being oily, combo, normal, dry etc.
dont use any make up. if it's really a concern go to ur doctor and they will prescribe you with some acne medication that will more then likely help A LOT make sure u wash ur face tones and ur pillow sheets. cuz they collect dirt and make ur face get icky sometimes
I think that that will most likely suffercate your pores. I think you should try physicans formula minerals foundation and powder. Its really helped my skin. Good Luck!
dream matte mousse foundation is meant for people with smooth complexions. if u have bad acne, i assume u have a bad complexion. try to stay away from powder, creams/mousee. go with liquid, you'll get a nicer look

Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation? HELP PLEASE.?

I just got some, but before wearing it I want to know some things.

    Does it cake easily?

    Does it cause breakouts?

    Does it get splotchy?

Does it give a flawless look?

Does it look good in natural light and under flourescent lighting [at school]?Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation? HELP PLEASE.?
    1. It doesnt cake

    2. No breakouts as long as u wash ur face be4 bed

    3. No splotches

    4. FLAWLESS if u put enuf on it looks gr8

    5. It looks GREAT in nat. liteing and its not THAT good at school

sorry :(Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation? HELP PLEASE.?
It doesn't give you a flawless look, it cakes very easily, and if you have pale skin, its almost impossible to match your skin tone. Also, once you apply it, it makes your skin feel greasy and uncomfortable. It doesn't feel or LOOK natural at all. I HAVE tried it before...DON'T waste your money.
I use that too. It works really well (gives you a nice medium coverage) if you have normal or oily skin but not if you have dry skin. It gives you a nice matte finish but remember less is more. If you have dry skin, it will show up in dry patches...
I have never used it ....and alot of your questions depends on your skin type .... I usually buy a really good brand of foundation and ask these questions at the counter where I purchase it . I went to the maybelline website and it looks like you can find some of the answers there ...but really your gonna have to just try it and see if it goes on cakey or any of the other questions regarding your skin ......And to get a foundation that looks really good in specific lighting ..i think you need to invest in a really good foundation. Here is the website I found for you ....

    http://www.maybelline.com/index.aspx

    Hope this helps ....

    Good Luck ~~~
i go to skewl and my face look flawless from beging to end of the day, it is the best make up in the worl! i effin luv it! you will love it i am shure, but maybe use some moisturizer underneath it before u put it on!
I have this makeup but I have stopped using it because it was too dark for my face. (I used it when I had a tan) I liked it, it felt smooth and if applied correctly wasn't orange or cakey. If you are worried about breakouts I use this clean and clear concealer its medicated and i'll dab it on problem areas and then put my foundation on, if you want to look flawless there is this Clinque almost makeup foundation, its more expensive because its sold at Clinque booths exclusively (places like Belk) but it's worth it.
i use that and i like it it doesnt give me breakouts and it really does make my skin look smooth and perfect but its harder to apply on evenly

Which Rimmel foundation is better: Stay Matte or Lasting Finish 16hr Foundation?

Lasting finish had better reviews on Rimmel.com, but Matte still looks pretty good. I have clear, normal-dry skin. What do you think?Which Rimmel foundation is better: Stay Matte or Lasting Finish 16hr Foundation?
I would suggest Lasting Finish. Stay Matte is great for oily combination skin but not so much for dry skin. Lasting Finish will give you a much more hydrated appearance. It's hands down my favourite drugstore foundation.

    Dream Matte Mousse Foundation help?

i recently bought one and i was wondering if it will clog pores or create pimples and how well does it work with oily skin?

I break out whenever I use something that clogs my pores but I have used Dream Matte Mousse without any problem. However, I found that using less foundation and more powder (mainly mineral, particularly Loreal Bare Natural Foundation) is A LOT better for your skin.

You need to use less...but that may not even help, that happened to me when I used it too. Try a loose powder over the top, if that doesnt help try changing to a mineral powder foundation instead. Good luck and have a great school year!I Use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation, and...?
Use loose powder on top of your foundation.

If you use any foundation with powder it will sweat off and be messy when you touch it.

Foundation is for coverage and powder is to make it stay.
use the concelar and powder as well.. i had the same problem it like locks it all in and its awesome. if this doesnt work for you maybe a soap you have is producing too much oil in your skin .

    i hope this helped
use a mineral foundation powder so it wont happen...the powder is what usually keeps the foundation in place
    dont touch your face .

And you should be setting your face with a powder like a translucent one, that should help with it rubbing off . Or maybe you're putting too much on ...

    Best matte finish foundation?

Clarins Instant Smooth, this has their instant smooth primer in so creates an absolute smooth and matt effect without looking fake :) Doesn't cause spots and suits my mums oily skin and suits my dry skin.

    Maybelline dream matte mousse foundation?

ok..have you used this? my main questions are:

*does it conceal blemishes and redness?

*did it make you break out/is it okay to use if you have somewhat oily skin?

*does it make you skin look flaky/does it go on smooth?

*do you like it??Maybelline dream matte mousse foundation?
*Yes, the Dream Matte Mousse does do a good job of concealing blemishes

*I have acne prone skin, and after i used this product i was very happy because i had NO breakouts at all

*It goes on pretty smooth, you dont really even feel it on your skin after you put it on

Overall, i think this is a good product if you want something light that doesnt make you breakout. However, the only thing i didnt like about this product, is that you'll notice that after a few months it gets dried out, and becomes clumped together.

So be aware of that. Other than that though, i would deff. recommend it : )Maybelline dream matte mousse foundation?
overall, DMM is a good foundation if you're looking for heavy coverage...though it does run a bit yellow-ish on certain skinttones, you should be able to find one that compliments you. because it is so heavy, i mix mine with equal parts foundation %26amp; moisturizer...it allows me to control how much coverage i get and it also is very moisturizing. it goes on smooth but will enhance the appearance of facial flaws, so that's another reason to mix it. (most people would assume this would be too much trouble to use a foundation like this, but i like it.) it's best to apply a primer 'monistat chafing relief powder gel' is best, sounds funny, but google it. it's worth buying. it hasn't made me break out, the primer or the foundation and it's good for oily skin...and if you use it as a concealer, just don't mix it with anything. best of luck.
*does it conceal blemishes and redness?

Nope not really , you can still see your spots and stuff underneath it. (%26amp; my skin isnt even that bad)

*did it make you break out/is it okay to use if you have somewhat oily skin?

Yeah- i used it for a week and it made my skin all break out and go dry

*does it make you skin look flaky/does it go on smooth?

It goes on smooth but after a while you notice that your skin looks very dry and flaky

    *do you like it??

Nope worst foundation i have ever had

    Hope i have helped (:
I used it for a week, just at work.

It covered under my eyes and smoothed over the blackheads on my nose super well, and it doesn't look too cakey or anything. I loved it, until...

In the week that I used it, I broke out worse than I ever had before in my life. It was so bad I thought it was a rash. I went to the doctor, and he told me that I wasn't allergic to it or anything, but it was suffocating my skin. He said it was the consistancy of petroleum jelly after it sat on my skin for a while, and my dermatologist actually said that it was ';the worst foundation'; he had ever seen.

I don't have acne or sensitive skin.
My friends have it, and whenever they wear it, it looks so obvious that they have foundation on...it's kinda gross. It gets sort of orange and flaky around their faces, and sometimes it looks smooth but its so obvious that they have it on. it does conceal most of their freckles and things, but not really the big pimples or bigger flaws. One of my friends has been using it a lot and shes had a alot of breakouts...but, my main dislike is that its so obvious when you put it on and it makes it look flaky around the edges of your face
have you used this? yes i have it

*does it conceal blemishes and redness? no

*did it make you break out/is it okay to use if you have somewhat oily skin? no and yes ( i have oily skin and i use it all the time .)

*does it make you skin look flaky/does it go on smooth?no and yes it goes on extremly smooth .

*do you like it?? yes but not for a fondation i use my normal foundation then when i am done i put the mousse on under my eyes and on my cheeks and forhead and it jsut give the flawless look and finish to your look . its great .
yes it conceals blemishes and redness

it didn't make me break out

but since you have oily skin

i recommend using a primer that is made for oily skin so that the foundation will last better and provide the best possible results

    if your skin is dry

    no matter what foundation

    it'll look flaky

but it goes on smooth for me

    yes i really like it
Hands down, my favorite foundation. It goes on very smooth and doesn't make you feel like you have caked any make up on and it covers anything you need. I forget to wash it off before bed all the time and it never causes any outbreaks for me. I reccomend this product 100% :)
I bought some jus cuz everyone on here kept sayin how good it was!

    1. It made me break out:(

    2. Feels like you are wearing a grease mask.

    3. didn't look natural at all

    4. rubs off easy

So..I went right back to my favorite foundation: the Hollywood mineral foundation from LA Minerals...totally rocks!!!

Matte powdery finish or liquid dewy finish foundation?

WHICH ONE LEAVES THE BEST FINISH?Matte powdery finish or liquid dewy finish foundation?
use both! use the liquid for a all over coverage and then use the powder very lightly over the 'T' zone on the face to take the shine off, but don't over do it or you will have a dark 'T' zone that looks odd.Matte powdery finish or liquid dewy finish foundation?
I'm not sure because I use Dermablend cake makeup. It lasts all day!!
Depends on your skin type. Go to a makeup stand somewhere and try both looks (one on one side of your face, the other look on the side) and see what you like best. For most natural go with liquid foundation with powder over it.

  • Dream Matte Liquid Foundation?

I am in need of new foundation and i was thinking of getting the dream matte liquid stuff. I have heard it is amazing from a few people, just wondering if there was anyone here that has used it?

Is it worth it? does it work well?

I mostly use it for a few minor blemishes/dark under eyes and try to conceal my huge *** ';beauty mark'; freckle :PDream Matte Liquid Foundation?
I have it and I think it's amazing. Foundation can't completely take care of blemishes and dark circles though, it doesn't matter how good it is. For blemishes, get a green stick (sold by covergirl). The green cancels out red, and if you apply it before you apply foundation, it covers them much better. For dark under eye circles, use a white stick (also sold by covergirl). Just blend it under your eyes and then apply the foundation over it with a sponge make up applicator. It smooths everything out and makes your face an even shade.Dream Matte Liquid Foundation?
I haven't tried the liquid version but I do like the Dream Matte Moose. I apply it with a sponge, probably the only way you really can. Then I put my M.A.C Powder Plus Foundation over it, lightly with a brush. Ahhh! Girrrl lemme tell ya lemme tell ya! It looks good!
Very good. I would definately reccomend it.

However if your just using it for little things and not your whole face you might be best with a concealer stick like natural collection or Benefit's Boi-ing.

But the foundation will cover them

    x
it is good and it leaves you with a some what airbrushed look and your skin feels so smooth and soft. As well as that it is very easy to apply...

But i would not recommend it for concealing blemishes.
Use a good concealer and the Dreama Matte Mouse Foundation it's alot better.

    The liquid stuff kinda bad

    Alex :)

    Rimmel cool matte 16hr foundation?

is it any good?Rimmel cool matte 16hr foundation?
If you have tried the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse the Rimmel is more liquid than the Maybelline. Which I liked.

It makes it smooth onto your skin better. And it really does feel cool when you apply it. But to me it is a liquid foundation.

The only problem I had with it, is that it has a yellow under tone. My under tones are pink so I didn't use it for more than 2 weeks. If I could have found my color I'd still be using it.

Now I use Maybelline Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Liquid Foundation, because it comes in 16 shades and I like the minerals in it.

I hope that helps!Rimmel cool matte 16hr foundation?
    yes

    Dream matte mousse foundation ?

is it a good coverage and does it let your skin breathe is it bad for your skin even though you cleanse and moisturize at the end of the day ?Dream matte mousse foundation ?
I don't like it...It looks streaky. Its just a bunch of hype,as far as I'm concerned. Its a nice idea, but it takes too much work to blend it.Dream matte mousse foundation ?
    hey

first off, skin doesn't ';breathe';. its a nice idea, but it doesn't. if you mean it clogs yours pores? THEN HEEELL YES. its awful! its not particularly good coverage because its ';light and air whipped'; i.e shoved in a blender.

it is by FAR the worst foundation i have used, the most unblendable thing ever and even the lightest colour made me look orange. i used to have oily skin and now from using it i have blemishs every and hard to control dry skin with breakouts of oil. i never beleived that a foundation could affect your skin but jeesus dream matte mousse does. every loved it at first, even i did! but now, more people hate it.

dont invest in it, complete waste of money.
I really liked dream matte mousse, and I used it for ages. It does give good coverage, even better if you apply a bit of powder after. And it didnt make my skin break out or anything. My only problem with it was that it was really drying, and I suffer from really bad dry skin anyway so this wasnt suited to me. But other wise I would recommend it, and it comes in loads of different shades which is good, and its really affordable!

Hope you find one you like :)
I really like this foundation, it has the best coverage of any others I have tried. I don't think it is as bad as any other foundation for your skin, and it has not really caused any problems for me as long as I remove it at the end of the day and do not sleep in it.
    Yep, its good :)

Its not bad for your skin if you wash it off thouroughly at the end of the day so it doesnt clog your pores really.

And as long as you moisturize before you put it on, it will smooth on well, blend well, and have no flakes :)

    x

P.S: Dont listen to Sara=) it doesnt look cakey at all .. if it does - you've put on half a pot-ful!
    it does give good coverage.

but i would watch out, depending on your skin type.

i have combination skin, and dream matte mousse has oil in it.

it made me break out like never before.

if you do decide to buy it, make sure you wash your face thoroughly when removing it.
It is good coverage but it goes flaky and looks very fake if you aren't applying it properly, and I have to add that it is extremely hard to get it to look natural. I would not recommend this foundation.
Ive tried the Whiped foundation and I liked it but I needed my money so I retued in :( kinda of whish I didnt do that

the pure By: Maybelline made me break out ssoooo I DDONT really recomend it to poeple with ance prone skin

it doesnt work for me but a lot have actually like it..but whatever make-up doesnt go wrong if you wash your face with cleanser, then pat on your favorite toner and moisturizer.
I don't know if it is but i would not tell anyone to use it! Why it looks cakey and very unnatural! try Rommel london its wayyyyyyyyyy better=)
    I HATE IT !

    I don't recommend it ..

it makes my skin look so cakey ;(

Would you reccomend Matte Mouse foundation?

Good stuff??Would you reccomend Matte Mouse foundation?
If you want to try then you should, it works different for everyone. I like it myself, good coverage and lightWould you reccomend Matte Mouse foundation?
not really. some people like it, but it makes me look really fake. if your looking for something good to use, i would go to benefitcosmetics.com. its not too expensive and it works really well adn lasts a long time. the benefit products are really light but they work really well. hope this helps :)

ps benefit is at your local macys, sometimes nordstroms
A ton of people out there recommend it but I personally can't stand it as it just doesn't work well with my skin. It's not just Maybelline, it's all mousse foundations, they just ball off my face. I prefer a liquid or a powder.
i havent bought it, but some of my friends bought some and used it and it looks really orangy. i would go with covergirl trublend whipped foundation. thats what i use and it looks like real skin tones.
    No not the foundation.

But if you have very bad under eye circles or want a very flawless look then choose the concealer.

    Not bad.
when i tried it i didn't like it at all - it made my face feel really heavy even though i didn't put much on and it seemed really orange.

give it a go, what's the worse that could happen really?!
No, I used it and hated it. It was streaky and orange-ish. I also didn't think it lasted long enough or give good enough coverage.
i dont like it because it feels greasy on my face and it makes my face feel heavy. I really like mineral make-up. its light and covers really well.
i definately would, i have very pale skin so it cover nicely where i have a blemish. to me it feel very light
No, I've not heard many good reviews about it.
i swear b it makes my skin look really good like the feel on my skin the best ive had out of all foundations x

Im currently using the dream matte mouse, what is the best moisturizer to use before applying foundation?

Olay ones are good but as long as you get a facial moisturiser you should be fine. Facial moisturisers are lighter than other moisturisers so you wont get spots or anything.

NCIm currently using the dream matte mouse, what is the best moisturizer to use before applying foundation?
Don't use Dream Matte Mousse, it was really good at first but went all dry %26amp;didn't apply so well. Are you in the UK? if so go for Boots No.7 mousse foundation, its so much better. If you're not in the UK sorry for teasing you!Im currently using the dream matte mouse, what is the best moisturizer to use before applying foundation?
best moisturizer would have to be Philosophy Hope in a Jar Moisturizer

It leaves your skin smooth and gives you a dewy look.

    Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation?

Is this a good stuff???? have you tried???

what are the pros %26amp;%26amp; cons??Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation?
    ive tried it

    i liked it

    it was good

but i dont use foundation anymore

    cause it cloges your pores

    and i hate it

it makes your face have more acne than b4Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation?
Horrible. It got on everything! Every time my face would touch anything it would rub off on whatever it was. Got it on my car, on my shirts, on my dog!!! Seriously bad makeup and that was with finishing powder after I tried it without. It also runs off your face when its at all hot or humid.
yeah it works pretty good, but theres better foundation out there. heres the pros%26amp;cons

    pros:

its has a light, airy texture (like mousse)

    it blends on smoothly

    not too oily

    cons:

    not very natural looking

can look cakey once it dries

    can clog pores

try a liquid foundation, they work much better.

    good luck!
I have this stuff and love it!! It feels really nice and soft, and goes on very well and is easy to blend. A little goes along way so it last along time. You can built up the coverage little by little. I have found no cons to it .
I love it. it has good coverage and alot colours to match your skintone too.

a couple things i didnt like bout it is it can rub off on clothes easily but comes out and doesnt come with a application sponge or anything.
ya i love it !! it goes on really easily and is very light and feels fresh !! however i heard it clogs your pore and gives you spots !! but not if you dont use it alot !! =D=) xxx
no it clogs ur pores try bare minerals foundation its powder and doesnt clog ur pores
i love it it goes on smooth and makes your face feel good also advance radiant with olay is good
I tried it, and I hated it, it made my face look orange.

  • Does Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse foundation make you break out?

Will it make me break out or give me more acne?

I'm thinking of getting it (it will be my first foundation). I have combination skin..but I would use an acne wash everyday. And a concealer on top of the foundation probably.

But does the foundation cause breakouts?

Thanks so so much!!!! I'll pick a 10 point best answer too lol.

%26lt;3ElwingDoes Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse foundation make you break out?
From what ive heard, it really depends on the individual- some people say it makes them break out, others say it works wonders, others say it makes them look greasy. Just buy it and test it on a small patch of skin and see how your skin reacts to it. As long as you wash it off after you've finished wearing it, you'll probably be fine.

Btw I sometimes use this foundation and personally it hasnt made me break out.Does Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse foundation make you break out?
omg they test on animal? =o thats sads i may take mine back now =[ Report Abuse

well for me it clogged my pores sooooo badly and looked really bad and its super thick!! if its going to be your first foundation go with their ';pure makeup'; its cheaper and doesn't clog pores and will look really natural =]]

also you can usually return makeup if its total crap so give it a shot and if it sucks just take it back =D
It was my first foundation too lol. It was great cause it actually matched my skin tone BUT you should never ever just cake your face with it (or any other foundation for that matter). I got it and only used it for the occasional zit or two, and it was great, no one ever noticed.
I've heard lots of people say that it broke them out and was really heavy and cakey. But some people love it and some people hate it. it depends on you and your skin. I personally would try something else because it seems like it would cause your skin to break out.
It didn't make me break out more, but it could be different for each person. It works really good, though. Just make sure you always wash it off at night, and all of that, and it should work good. Hope this helps!! =)

    Mine?

    http://answe
I have it and i would suggest not getting it... the first day i used it i broke out on my chin and forehead. Also it looks really cakey when you use it. I have stopped using it and my face is as clear as ever.
its the only foundation that doesnt couse me to break out along with bear minerals witch works great

    Dream matte mousse foundation question?

I have heard from some people that this is a good foundation, but I was wondering because I am super pale. I am like the lightest MAC foundation so yeah, is this a good foundation for pale skin.

Thank youDream matte mousse foundation question?
    OMG IT IS THE BEST!!!

    it makes me look airbrushed!!!!!

and there is definetly your shade i think theres like 15?

i am super pale and i got #2, so #1 would definetly workDream matte mousse foundation question?
I am quite pale and there is not a dmm light enough for me. I also find that it can be quite drying on my skin and dry out very quickly in the pot. The new Dream Satin Liquid is very good, but the lightest one is still to dark for me. Go to your local beauty shop and try alittle on your jawline to see if it matches your face and neck.
I bought it before and loved how it applyed (it felt like powder) the coverage was super amazing and my skin looked flawless but I felt that it wore off quickly and made my skin really oily :(
it's a good foundation for any skin.

just make sure you get the right color. (:

It makes your skin very oily. You said you have combination skin, so it could make it better, could make it worse. To get the best, you should go to a makeup counter at the department store and ask for their suggestions. They may try to sell you their product, but tell them that you are just interested in one specific product.Does Maybelline's Dream Matte Mousse foundation make you break out?
It tends to make my skin even oily-er, and I too have combination skin.

If you're looking for something that doesn't cause breakouts and looks natural, I recently got E.L.F.'s Mineral starter kit. It comes with Concealer, Foundation, Blush, and two brushes. I LOVE it, and it was pretty cheap (about $11)

I went into town yesterday %26amp; didnt get anything that i need so im going to a few shops with another friend, I was thinking of getting Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation i've never used foundation before, so i need some advice on that?

(i'm 14)Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation?
It blends really well and covers blemishes up really good too, BUT it's not for oily skin. I use it and it works but by the end of the day it looks like it's melting off my face because my face is so oily! Other than that...it's GREAT!Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation?
its not too hard to use.you can apply with your hands or sponge. wash your hands. and just rub it all over your face. make shure your blend it in!
get that one where you can spin the little thing on top to get your exact skin tone.

What kind of make-up do you wear? I want a GOOD long lasting matte foundation!?

    Ladies, gentlemen, make-up professionals:

I desperately want a very awesome foundation that will:

    - not wipe away

    - that will not sweat off

    - that has super pale colours

    - that is a matte to hide my flaws

Here are some foundations that just did not work for me:

    - That Maybeline whipped cream crap (left me looking orange!)

    - Bare Minerals (left me looking yellow!)

    - Everyday Minerals (TOO pale!)

    - L'oreal (I think) that pump thing that has the multiple choices for colors (Wiped off in an instant! Sweats off! Doesn't last! Doesn't cover well!)

    - MAC sheer liquid foundation (Same as above!)

    - L'oreal (or Revlon) powder foundation (Orange! Wiped off!)

    - All Cover Girl (orange)

The list is continuous! Any tips on how to get this stuff to stay and cover! I use concealer and I use face primer!

I don't care how much it is. If it works, it is worth it!

Please help :( My make-up bag is full of crappy foundation.

*Also, I have combination skin (an oily t-zone, but I have a bit of psirosis) And I have very pale skin with olive undertones. What kind of make-up do you wear? I want a GOOD long lasting matte foundation!?
I swear you will love MakeupForever's Mat Velvet+ foundation ($35@ Sephora)!! It is the best matte I have used. They do the makeup for Cirque du Soleil~so it stays put. It is beautiful! I am a huge fan of the line. I also like Dior's Sculpt foundation, and Diorskin Forever (about $50). Both MakeupForever and Dior have shades for very pale skin. Prescriptives has a nice oilfree matte formula too. You can go to Sephora to get free samples to try before you buy, and at the Prescriptives counter as well :)What kind of make-up do you wear? I want a GOOD long lasting matte foundation!?
    This is what I use:

    Maybelline Pure Makeup Liquid

Then over that I use Physicians Formula Talc-Free Translucent Powder

The liquid evens out my skin tone and covers up blemishes, and then the pf powder gives it a very nice soft finish which prevents it from sweating and rubbing off as well.

This is the only makeup combo that I've found works on me(and which are light enough, too.) You can buy them both at walmart.
ive had A LOT of those same problems. i also have really pale skin and needed something to match. i use MAC Studio Fix. it is a pressed powder, but it acts like a foundation. it covers absolutely everything for me, and i have a lot to cover up. it doesnt sweat off, and it stays on until you wash it off. it lasts a long time, and its only around 25 dollars canadian. its definitely worth buying!

    good luck!
I use MAC studio fix. It works really good and last a long time for me. I use it in NC35: http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/pr鈥?/a> . But last night I just ordered from an Avon catalog a compacted powder. Sorry I forgot what it was called. So I'll guess I'll see if it works or not, or else I'm going to by more MAC.

Have you tried Physician's Formula. they have matte and pale make up. ive also noticed that it stays on for a long time
    Bobbie Brown!
Amanda, any foundation will come off when sweating; I'm sorry I don't know of a cure for that. What I do is to pat where I'm sweating rather than wipe. Use a skin care regimen for normal/dry skin; get the toner for use in your t-zone only. Use the vitamin c serum for zapping the zits and fade gel for discolorations. Your foundation should be water based not oil based and use the loose translucent powder to set and/or touch up. For all, I like aularale.com/7002 - it absolutely works. In addition, drink lots of water, eat more fruits and veggies, and take a good vitamin/mineral supplement.

  • Dream Matte Mousse Foundation Question?

    Hi! -

Does the Dream Matte Mousse Foundation by Maybelline cover pimples or does it just give you a tanned look?Dream Matte Mousse Foundation Question?
It may cover them but can also make them worse. I am a beauty consultant and I have several young clients that used this formula foundation and as soon as they came off it the skin started to clear up.

If pimples are a problem for you cover-up should only be a small focus of your attention. You should work on your skins cleanliness first and ensure that you are using a proper treatment for the acne and then worry about covering them up.Dream Matte Mousse Foundation Question?
Hey there, it covers pimples really well, be sure to get a color that matches your skin tone. Its not meant to give you a tanned look.
i agree with CG, but neutrogena makes a foundation that's supposed to help clear blemishes up at the same time.
It covers pimples great. Thats all i use it for is to cover blemishes
    It covers them good.
I have only used the dream matte mousse for one morning, it seems to me that it doesnt cover your pimples that well but it evens out your skin tone pretty well if you dont have an even skin tone. I might try using it for a couple more days but it doesnt cover your pimples that well.

~ it doesnt make your skin look like you have make- up on though thats a plus!~
I use it everyday and its one of the best foundations i have ever used it covers up blemishes great!!!

    Dream Matte Mousse foundation ?

    I need a good foundation.

It has to give me :

    - good coverage.

    - long-lasting about 8 hours

    - lasts for at least a month with use everyday ?

Is this the right foundation for me ?Dream Matte Mousse foundation ?
Yes that stuff is great, and it doesn't feel or look heavy. And that little jar goes a long way, you don't need much for daily useDream Matte Mousse foundation ?
    give up.
I think that dream matte mousse is GREAT!!!! i especially like the powder version they now have!!! GO FOR IT XXX
I like Cover girl Tru Blend in the pump bottle, i tried dream matte mousse but it got kinda blotchy after a few hours, tru blend stays on really well.
Estee Lauder foundation is awesome. And investing in more expensive make up brands actually saves you money, because the product, whether it be powder, bronzer, eyeshadow, foundation or whatever...lasts a lot longer than drugstore brands. I'm telling you from experience, save your money up and invest...and Estee Lauder has awesome products.
i use dream matte mousse foundation.

i love it! and it lasts a whole day on me.

it lasts me about a month and a half.

i also use their concealer. it's great to.

    x
i use to use it but it was heave when you cover up something

try max factor liquid foundation my sis loves it and I'm going to switch from another liquid foundation
I like Facefinity foundation from Max Factor (MAX) or Lasting Performance foundation from Max Factor (MAX). Both are smooth, go on well, have great staying power and have great coverage. I'm in my early 40's and I get compliments on my skin all the time. Need I say more? The best thing for you is to find what works with YOUR skin. I've used expensive makeup (it gave me hives) and I personally think Max Factor makeup is the best. I use their foundation, eye shadow and mascara. I prefer Maybelline blushes.
i tried that! it has good coverage and lasts more than a month but it doesnt stay on your face that long :(

Dream Matte Mousse Foundation. Is it cancerous?

I heard somewhere that it was...Dream Matte Mousse Foundation. Is it cancerous?
I have a pot of Dream Matte Mousse upstairs and i don't think it's Cancerous. But it's a total waste of my money, it never stays on my face :) xDream Matte Mousse Foundation. Is it cancerous?
It is true that many things we encounter on a day to day basis are carcinogenic (cancer causing agents)or contain carcinogens, however, these things are classified on different levels and are a very minimal risk to humans! It is also true that skin is an organ, and everything we put on it is absorbed into it, so you may want to bear that it mind when plastering your face in make-up, think of all the chemicals in it! But using Dream Matte Mousse will not directly give you cancer, there are many other more dangerous things in the world!
^ They sell cigarettes and they're cancerous
I've never heard that, all I can say is NEVER USE IT because it's rubbish and a complete waste of money!!!
don't even bother buying it, unless you want your face to looked caked
no but its crap anyways so dont get it
dont know... but its crap dnt waste your money

    Rimmel stay matte foundation?

    +skinpure complex...

i usually sneak out my mom's vichy lab foundation but im going to this sleepover thing with my after school club and if i take it with me she will probably be furious and i dont want to borrow someone elses makeup...

i bought the rimmel stay matte foundation and it didnt really work cuz it doesnt cover my acne very well plus its super watery, and im scared that if i wear it i might break out (my mom's makeup was 50 bucks, this one is 5)so would anything happen by wearing it for 1 day?Rimmel stay matte foundation?
you probably won't get a reaction for wearing a cheaper product on your skin. just make sure you wash it off, thoroughly though.stay matte foundation is ok i have got it and have never had any problems with it,and i have got very sensitive skin.

Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation. Any good?

Is rimmel stay matte founation any gd? What is it like?

i read it is medium-HIGH coverage. and i have been looking for a full coverage foundation for AGES AND AGES!!!! lol

at the moment, i am using the new rimmel foundation, called: Rimmel Lasting Finish Mineral Foundation.

i think it is really good. but is the other one better for coverage?

i dont have much foundation left of the long lasting finish one. and need to buy sum more foundation next time i go to boots. shall i but this 1 again or RIMMEL STAY MATTE FOUNDATION?

    please help x thanks x

i want whichever one is higher coverage :)Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation. Any good?
I didn't like it ,it seemed to have to much water and the smell was nasty but all people are different !

I was using the Dream Matte Mousse and I liked it but now my face is breaking out all over the place and I think it might be from that! Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation. Any good?
I found it too dry on my skin. I just started using boots no 17 foundation which is the same price but better quality in my opinion. It lasts alot longer too.

Who uses dream matte mousse foundation?

Man i love it!Who uses dream matte mousse foundation?
i do .. i love it.. and i also top it off with a light dusting of neutrogena mineral sheersWho uses dream matte mousse foundation?
im useing it at the mo but im going to try bear minerals because its ment to be good for the skin
I'm testing it out to see what all the hype is about. It must be some good luck charm because I went to about 5 different stores and they were OUT...no dream matte mousse to be found!!!!! I finally found one that matched my skin so I'm doing a trial run today. I didn't finish with a dusting of powder as it went on pretty smooth and powdery after I used my primer. We'll see how well it goes with my skin today...hopefully good since I'm normally a clinique girl and moneys tight to buy my beloved clinique and I need an inexpensive alternative.
i use it and i love the way it covers, but it makes my dry patches even more noticable...
i do too i really like the way it feels it blends good and i think my bluch/bronzer stands out way better when i use it
i do.. it blends perfectly on my face
    I do too :D
I dont like it, its too dry, makes my pores look worse! I love infallible by Loreal good coverage, long lasting , also REwind by maybelline is good and natural looking but doesnt last long!

I've tried all the expensive ones, clinique lancome, estee lauder but loreal is my favourite for sure

    Toushka
it is pretty good. but i like to use different ones also
I do. ANd it good. But I noticed that it doesn't go on right, even when I put it on with my fingers. So I decided to stick with my Clinique makeup, and then I use a concealer brush and use it to conceal my scars. It works great!!
i have used the matte mousse and i liked it but, this may sound weird, i found it worked the best when i left the lid off and let it get a little hard it will look crumbly but it works the best when its like that.

  • Have anybody tried Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse foundation?

is it oil-free and doesnt clog uo pores?Have anybody tried Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse foundation?
I use dream matte mousse and haven't had any problems, i have been using it for years and wouldn't use any other foundation. my opinion it goes on smooth and of course it does rub off on clothing a little bit because it has the powder mixed in with the liquid so that you aren't using both liquid and powder concealers.Have anybody tried Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse foundation?
All makeup gets into your pores. This foundation is a lighter foundation that if you chose the right color for your skin tone no one can tell you are wearing it. that is true with all foundations. Also, what works for one person is not necessarily going to work for you also. That is why there are so many types of foundation out there. Factors that are key in choosing a foundation are: What is your skin type? (Dry, oily, normal/combo) What type of coverage are you looking for? (Natural, heavy, matte, medium....) and of course choosing the correct shade. Different formulas are made for different skin types and coverage.
Yes actually I got it yesterday. I have really oily skin and it works really well. Yeah it's oil free and it doesn't clog pores.
No not me is it good I,ll try sometime
    oil-free no clogged pores
its not the best, the thing is when you're wearing it, people can tell you're wearing foundation
it is an okay makeup. it doesn't look too smooth though.
I love dream matee mouse it is amazing
Yeah I tried it but it was kinda clumpy. I would'nt recommend it. Yoiu should try Maybelline pure. make up, I use that and it goes on really smoothly, it does'nt clog pores, it is oil-free, and 50% water! I absolutley love it! Hope that helps!
actaully it's not , for some people like me it did clog pores and personnaly like u know how they say it feels like a cloud or like ur wearing njothijng, it's not true i thought it was a heavy product and after a couple of hours it feels like it'smelting off ur face i din'tike it at all and it did clog my pores and it does contain oil so dont use it if ur woried about getting pimples, and oh i suggest use the pure one from maybelline that is a good product it's oil free and wont clog pores i use it and it never gave me pimples i like actaully and oh i knopw people said it din't but if u hava had acne problems becuase of oil foundations then this one will clog pores for some people it doesn'yt beacuse thier skin doens't recat to oil it wont clog pores but if u had probelms then dont use this foundation
It didn't clog my pores, but it doesn't go one very smooth. It gets clumpy and I always end up getting it in my hair. It also gets on clothing when you put on a shirt or hug someone. I wouldn't really recommend it.

BareMinerals New Matte Foundation or Make Up Forever HD Foundation?

I'm debating between which foundation to buy. I've been using bareMinerals for a long time now and I like it but I feel it may be time for a change. Recently bare escentuals came out with a new kind of foundation, a matte powder. However, I've also been hearing some great reviews on Make Up Forever's silicone based HD foundation as well. Has anyone used either or both of these products? And if so, can you tell me what you think about it? (The pros, cons, etc.) Thanks in advance to everyone who answers this.BareMinerals New Matte Foundation or Make Up Forever HD Foundation?
I love both but the BE works better for my oily skin. When I wear the MUFE I still get oily after a short time. It has the most beautiful finish on the skin though.BareMinerals New Matte Foundation or Make Up Forever HD Foundation?
Well, I haven't personally tried either, there's no Sephora near me, but I've heard wonderful things about the Make Up Forever HD Foundation.

Though it's quite pricy at $40, I'd try the HD Foundation.

Probably because mineral makeups break me out, and it seems like a lighter formula.

But if you've never had any problems, just go to a Sephora and try them both.

Has anyone tried Rimmel's 16 hour Cool Matte Mousse Foundation?

    Does it really work?

    Does it stay on good?

Does it make you break out??

Is it cakey at all?Has anyone tried Rimmel's 16 hour Cool Matte Mousse Foundation?
yes, i just bought it earlier this week, and i love it. it isn't cakey at all. i've used rimmel's stay matte and long last foundations in the past, and i prefer the matte mousse over both. from the looks of it, i think it will last me quite awhile. it stays on really good (all day for me thank goodness as i have a baby girl so i don't have time to keep doing my face). it didn't cause me to break out, it seems to have great coverage but at the same time you don't feel like you have make up caked on (which i love). anyways i would definitely recommend it. i am a huge fan of rimmel also because of the price but i did think that the matte mousse was a little bit on the pricey side ... but again it should last me quite a long time so that makes up for it.Has anyone tried Rimmel's 16 hour Cool Matte Mousse Foundation?
I've tried it - it works okay. It stays on pretty well - not anymore then other foundations though. It didn't make me break out %26amp; it wasn't really cakey. But if you're looking for a mousse foundation, I like Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse a lot more (if you haven't tried it).

use foundation that is your skin colour.

foundation is not used to cover up freckles.

i bet you don't even need FULL coverage.

just use foundation, with a little bit of bronzer (because you said you have dark freckles) to make freckles less noticable.

yes, to your question, dream matte mousse is good, but rubs off very quick.

I've never used the maybelline one, but I love love love the Rimmel one. It feels good on and really evens out your skin tone all day long. What's better...Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse or Rimmel's Cool Matte 16Hr Mousse Foundation?
ive found that the maybelline thens 2 crease alot... and its not the best 2 wear during summer cuz i tends 2 get oily and doesnt work very well

i like using the neutrogena mineral ppowder foundation bcuz it gives realy good coverage and feels realy lite weight. i dnt even have 2 use concealer with it and i have realy bad under eye circlesWhat's better...Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse or Rimmel's Cool Matte 16Hr Mousse Foundation?
Depends on your skin type!! I personally didnt like the Maybelline one as my skin is a little dry and it dosent agree with dry skin and I have never used the Rimmel one as i tend to go for ones with a dewy finish...

I know this is not what you asked but Maxfactor Miracle touch Liquid Illusion Foundation is really good! Im guessing you want it matted and to stay on for ages or you wouldnt be looking at those??

This foundation with a little powder dusted over will last all day!!

I think Either would be ok. I have tried the Maybeline one but it was for eye shadow and I picked the wrong colour. I haven't tried the other one but I think Rimmel is a better brand of makeup. I use a different brand but for the most part I think I want to switch completely to Rimmel.

    http://www.askmen.com/women/galleries/singer/alicia-keys/picture-4.htmlWhats a good matte foundation?
First off Alicia Keys in the photo wear lots and lots of makeup. An makeup artist did her makeup so it's kinda hard to reach that result.

I have oily/pimply skin too and I use foundation/concealer from I.D. Bare Escentuals/Minerals and I love it! It's a bit expensive though but it's worth your money, I promise you (:Whats a good matte foundation?
A mac foundation is really good they may be a bit expensive but just blend in really well with differerent skin tones, the best thing is that it looks reallly natural and just looks flawless and not too barbie dollish.

  • What is some foundation that is non-comedogenic and isn't flaky or too matte?

that will cover well and not be too shiny.. i want to look naturally flawless.. not like i dipped my face in a tub of powder. is there a trick to making it not flaky? i use a facial scrub and moisturize.. it needs to be non-comedogenic bc my pores are ginormous and get clogged easily.. and when it's non-comedogenic i will break out a hell of a lot less. thanks! What is some foundation that is non-comedogenic and isn't flaky or too matte?
the new mineral powdered ones work well, just make sure it doesn't have talc. What is some foundation that is non-comedogenic and isn't flaky or too matte?
there are 2 that I LOVE

For daytime I use Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. It covers really well and does not clog pores. For night or when I just want to look a bit more ';polished'; I use ERA face by Classified Cosmetics. I cannot rave enough about it. It is a spray on foundation that is 96% water and covers everything. It was developed for people who had cosmetic surgery/burns to cover scaring and it is truly amazing. It also does not clog pores, and is really gentle. I have tried other spray foundations and they suck- Classified Cosmetics is the best.
Artistry is among the world鈥檚 TOP 5 largest selling prestige brands of facial skin care and color cosmetics. They have 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. They have been granted over 200 patents by the US and International patent offices.
i would have to say bareminerals has helped me alot, i just use a moisturizers before i apply and it doesn't flake up.
Hollywood or NoHoGlo mineral foundation from LAminerals.com. The hollywood one has a lil more coverage than the NoHoGlo, which has a lil more ';glow';.

SO since you don't wanna be too shiny, try a sample of the HOllywood one. You can request a sample for like $1 and they ship em free:)
    Try Revlon's Color Stay
Try everyday minerals at everydayminerals.com. Try their intensive formula if you have dry skin. Try their concealer formula if you are very oily. These minerals are pure and do a great job in creating flawless look.
Bee-Luscious baby. LOL Their Liquid Powder Mineral foundation is to die for. It will never clog your pores!

Try almay's nearly naked line... they have a shear base and then either pressed or loose powder. I've used it for years and everyone compliments me on my complection and how I look so pretty without wearing any make up... little do they know :)
I tend to have very sensitive skin so i break out when I use oher make up but I use this make up that you can order onilne at www.bareminerals.com and it covers pretty well and it is great for skin that tends to break out alot. it doesn't look cakey and it looks natural to. Hope this helps.

Difference between Semi-Matte,Matte,Intensive,and Original Glo in foundation?

So im wanting a foundation from EverydayMinerals,

butt whats the difference between the 4?

Semi-Matte,Matte,Intensive,and Original glo?Difference between Semi-Matte,Matte,Intensive,and Original Glo in foundation?
I was using intensive, since it had the highest rating on www.makeupalley.com but it happen to be to dewey and left oil grease on top of my makeup so i switched over to semi-matte which gave me the perfect balance of noncakeyness look plus a refined finish. Matte can appear too cakey, and original glo would work depending on your skin type. I have oily to combination skin. For more reviews and concerns check out www.makeupalley.com or test out the free ';i can't believe it'; kit samples first.Difference between Semi-Matte,Matte,Intensive,and Original Glo in foundation?
orginal glo- leaves your face feeling dewy (think luminizer without the shimmer)

    intensive- more coverage

matte- sucks away shine with medium coverage

semi-matte- the best of both worlds- almost matte finish to get rid of oil and offers coverage

but there's different ones for different skin types (or alteast what i would recommend)

    dry skin/normal- orginal glo

    acne-intensive/matte

    combination- semi-matte/intensive

    oily- intensive/matte

a lot of people (check out fafinettex3 on youtube) mix their everyday mineral different types. for example, i have oily/blemish skin so i might mix intensive with matte

    Rimmel Mouse Matte foundation!plz help????????

do you like it? cuz on my skin, it dries soo quick and makes my skin look streaky and doesnt have much coverage?

so is yours ok?Rimmel Mouse Matte foundation!plz help????????
i havent used the rimmel mousse one, but ive tried the maybelline one and i had the exact same problem! i think it might be the mousse foundations that have that problem?

Maybelline Dream Matte Powder or L'Oreal Bare Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation Powder?

    %26amp; why?

Please give reviews as of why you like, be very details with your experience with it and such.

Thanks!Maybelline Dream Matte Powder or L'Oreal Bare Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation Powder?
maybelline its really good. go to makeupalley.com and read the reviews for it !Maybelline Dream Matte Powder or L'Oreal Bare Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation Powder?
    loreal.

i use it and you cant even tell its on.

you cant see it or feel it, but it still covers up belmishes.

i love it, it's the only powder i use.
Bare Naturale! I usually love Maybelline but the Matte Powder was HORRIBLE for my skin. I just use a little dab of facial lotion and dust on the Loreal powder and I look flawless! (it feels good too)
I mostly end up beginning on sale and using tons products. Do what fits your situation and Im sure your instinct will be right.

Is Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation oil-free?

yes, definitely but if you wash your face everyday, i dont think that'll be your problem. it actually provides great coverage. but another alternative would be bare escentuals or bare naturale by loreal. :]Is Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation oil-free?
No, I don't believe it is. That's unfortunate, because when I first applied it to my oily, acne-prone skin the finish was great. My skin quickly became shiny again however through the day and by the evening I had small pimples on various parts of my face.Is Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation oil-free?
    Its a major pore clogger
Hii! =D It might be oil-free, but there may be other things that may cause acne or pimples. If you have an oily face or have acne/pimple problems make sure you check out the package bag ingrediants first. ^.^ To be on the safe side. I like using Neutrogena and Physician's Formula makeup line better though. %26lt;3

    Dream Matte Mousse foundation?

Help my face is breaking out and I think it might be from this foundation?

what other foundations do you recommend ? Dream Matte Mousse foundation?
I would use powder, to me it looks more natural and it feels lighter on your face. I suggest Neutrogena Mineral Sheers, or loose powder from Covergirl. I just both (not at the same time, of course, i switch on and off). I havent broke out from either and I've been using them a while. However, the covergirl has a bit of a smell (not terrible) but it has better coverage and stays on longer than the Mineral Sheers. However, I like the Mineral Sheers because it gives a nice healthy glow. I recommend both.Dream Matte Mousse foundation?
Is the dream matte the foundation the only one you have used? If it is, then try some of the others and see if the product does the same thing. If it doesn't then more than likely it is a ingredient in the dream matte. and you need to watch other brands that have the same ingredient.

I use revlon foundation and also cover girl. Revlon actually seems like it last longer than the rest. Of course you can always use the more expensive foundation, and in some cases you pay for what you get.

But the main thing is experiment first and try the different brands. If you email some of the companies and manufacturers, sometimes they will send you a sample and you can try it that way without spending too much on foundations that you won't be stuck with a lot of different type of foundations.
I recommend any foundation by Clinique. It's all hypoallergenic and does not clog your pores. I also LOVE foundation by Chanel. It's so flawless.
It is.I used it and got horrible breakouts as well.Try Neutrogena Skin Clearing Make-Up.Its oil free and it has zit medicine built in to treat and prevent breakouts. It's about $12 at Walmart and drug stores.
try Neutrogena cosmetics.. thats what i use bc i have very sensitive skin their foundation wont break u out

  • Dream matte foundation...other foundations?

have you tried it .....does it work good or..... what do you think is the best drug store foundationDream matte foundation...other foundations?
The best i have tried, and I love makeup and doing make up so I know about this is the NYC foundation (liquid). It is about 3$ dollars and it works better then the foundations that are 10-20$.

Defiantly try it before you by the expensive ones.

Also for any foundation make sure your face is not dry and you used some type of cream on it to add moisture other wise it will show the dry skin or make it peel and it will show really badly.

For the cream use a non scented cream and use a type of cream the best is Cetaphil or you can use stuff like baby lotion, jergans ect.

Good luck let me know if you need more help! =)

    -NikkiDream matte foundation...other foundations?
I just recently got it. I have to say, it's really nice. It goes on really smooth and very light. My only problem is, I haven't actually gotten to wear it OUT yet because I need to return it. I got the wrong shade, actually, haha. It's my first time changing foundations from Cover Girl so I wasn't sure what to get in that brand's shade. *facepalm*
I like the mabelline mineral power foundation.
