What is the best way to apply dream matte mousse foundation?

Hey I think the best thing to use is your fingers, I would put some on your fingers and dab on your face, after you have done that blend the dabs into your skin in a circular motion, if you have an uneven color or patches of color dab a small amount in the areas that have no foundation and blend in ciruclarly. use a foundation sponge.
with ur fingers.....but the product is also great to use as a concealer which is what i do...jut take a foundation brush and apply on the spots to conceal----works great!
