Double Wear is a teensy bit lighter in coverage. The coverage is perfect, the shade is spot on, no oilies, just nice looking skin. This line is great if you're looking for neutral tones. Also, this stuff looks very natural on your face, for example, I can even get away with skipping concealer when using this. Finally, I find this stuff really does hold up well, even on my tremendously oily skin.


Double Matte is a bit heavier, I would say. It covers acne scars really well and would be great if you wanted to skip concealer.


The big difference is that Double Wear ';looks'; nicer on your skin, has a velvety, even finish and looks better on photos. DM is great, but a *bit* thicker. Hope that helps!!!
