Can i use dream matte mousse as a concealer instead of an all over foundation?

i only have certain areas on my face that need to be covered i don't want to ware foundation all over my face i know i can use concealer but i already brought this foundation and don't want to waste itCan i use dream matte mousse as a concealer instead of an all over foundation?

yes, you are right, if only some parts of your face are spotty, its better if you cover up on those areas.





use a brush ( concealer brush) preferably from The Body Shop. follow the link and there are tips on how to use it.
